Todd Cowan serves as the Chief Information Officer at the Department of Administrative Services (DOAS). He has worked for the State of Georgia in various capacities over the last 21 years. During his tenure with the state, Mr. Cowan has served as Chairman of the Region 2 Technology Committee for the American Association of Motor Vehicle Administrators and is currently serving his third term as Chairman of Georgia’s CIO Council.

Mr. Cowan has earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of West Georgia.
