Educators Receive Free Professional Liability Insurance
Effective July 1, 2005, the state of Georgia received authorization under Senate Bill 34 to purchase Educators Professional Liability insurance for certified school personnel and student teachers at no cost to the recipients. Special Note: Operation of a vehicle in the transport of students is excluded from coverage under this policy.

Employee Exposure Questionnaire
The Employee Exposure Questionnaire is used to gather "position count" information annually from registered users of state agencies, boards, authorities, commissions, etc. This information is used as part of the formula to calculate certain insurance premiums. Property Registry
DOAS provides building and content insurance coverage based on properties and values reported by each agency. The new web-based property registry enables registered users to access and update their existing information online. Risk Management Policies
Registered users can view State issued copies of insurance policies, such as State Authority Operational Liability, Georgia Tort Claims, General Liability Agreement, State Owned Building/Personal Property and Automobile Physical Damage issued on behalf of State Agencies.
