State Purchasing offers the following services for authorities, cities, counties, and local school systems.

Bid Posting System
Enables registered agency users to post bid notices and documents to the Georgia Procurement Registry, maintain agency user profiles, and solicit and receive bids electronically through the E-Quote system.

Debarred and Suspended Contractors
List of Vendors who are currently suspended and/or debarred from use by State of Georgia and the "Federal Excluded from Procurement list."

Environmental Requirements
Information about environmentally safe products, including benefits of using products that are recycled, energy efficient, and those that prevent pollution.

Georgia Procurement Registry
A free web-based advertising system for publicizing government contract opportunities.

The State of Georgia offers two card programs for use in conducting business for the State of Georgia.

Vendor Registration System
Enables vendors to register their company and identify product and service offerings through a free web-based system. Agencies can search for vendors providing products and services in their area. Agencies may also search for minority and small business enterprises by geographic location.

eQuote
A free web-based procurement sourcing tool that enables agency buyers to solicit and receive bids electronically at their desktops by automating the faxed bid process currently being utilized.
