State Purchasing offers training courses designed to help procurement professionals develop and enhance the skills required to fulfill the role of procuring goods and services on behalf of citizens of Georgia. The classes provide guidance and hands-on experience necessary to meet the goals of the Commission for a New Georgia. There is no charge for State Purchasing courses.
DOAS State Purchasing supports state and local purchasing organizations and encourages participation in these organizations. A list of organizations can be found at the Governmental Purchasing Association of Georgia (GPAG) website .
