Human Resources is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m., Eastern Time.

Annual Leave:
Accrual of annual leave is based on years of continuous service and is earned as follows:
Black Arrow 5 hours twice a month with payroll for up to 5 years of service
Black Arrow 6 hours twice a month with payroll for 5-10 years of service
Black Arrow 7 hours twice a month with payroll for 10+ years of service>

Sick Leave:
Accrual is at the rate of 5 hours twice a month with payroll regardless of years of service.

Retirement Plan
Employees participate in the Employees’ Retirement System. Contributions are based on a percentage of the employee's salary.

Deferred Compensation
Tax sheltered plans are available that offer employees the opportunity to save for retirement. Fund programs include both 457 and 401(k) plans. After January 1, 2009 the 401(k) plan offers a component to match some of the funds contributed by the employee.
