 Can I schedule training at my location?
| Yes. Provided that you have at least 10 people and you provide the equipment and requirements necessary for conducting the training class. Each training class has a different requirement. |

 What are the requirements for having training at my location?
It is necessary that you have a minimum number of 10 students to have a Training Specialist from State Purchasing Division, Professional Development Business Unit come to your location and train your staff. In addition, you must have the necessary facilities and equipment. You must meet the following facility/resource requirements to conduct a class:

Each student should have a computer that has internet connectivity. (The computers should allow the students to access sites outside of your facilities intranet) |

There should be an overhead projector and a computer for the instructors use |

A white board or a flip pad |

You should provide the Training Coordinator with directions, any necessary parking pass or any logistical information deemed necessary to conduct the class |
In addition, there might be the need to share expenses.

 How can I view my transcript?

 How can I find out if I have passed the necessary tests to obtain certification?
| Access the Learning Management System and select History from the top menu. You will see a listing of courses taken and those passed. Any course listed as passed and be counted towards obtaining certification. |

 What time do training classes begin?
| Class generally begins at 9:00 am and is scheduled to 4:00 pm. There are exceptions to this training schedule when the class is outside of 200 Piedmont, West Tower and is at the discretion of the instructor depending on the classes needs. |

 What if I am unable to attend a course I have registered for?
| You should access the Learning Management system and un-enroll. If you are unable to do this, send an email with the necessary information to Training@doas.ga.gov |

 If I am late for course will I still be able to attend?
| All course participants must be in the class no later than fifteen (15) minutes after the course start time. The training room is closed after 15 minutes of the training class start time to avoid disrupting the training class. If you are late for a training class, you will have to enroll in the next session. |

 If I have to excuse myself during training will I receive credit for the course?
| You must be in attendance for 85% of the time. However, if these are deemed disruptions to the training you will be asked to leave and enroll in the next training. If you leave the training prior to 90% of the course being completed you will not receive credit for your attendance. |

 If I did not receive a certificate from the class how can I get one?

 What if I have difficulty completing the test at the completion of the course?
| There will be an instructor present during all testing and will be available to assist you with any issue you may have with accessing or completing the test. |
